Tucked away in the breathtaking ambience of Hermosa Cove Villas, Christopher's has grown in popularity over the past two years since it began participating in the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week. This year, they have whipped up something special for diners.

They are sure customers will just love their chef's special of curried goat ravioli with shaved parmesan cheese. According to resident chef Conroy Arnold, the dish has be-come quite popular and everyone should be allowed the opportunity to enjoy it.

Operations manager Wendy Wright said staff members are ready for the occasion.

"Guests at Christopher's can look forward to exceptional service and exceptional food. Our staff is very well prepared and well versed on the menu and the offerings on the menu," said Wright.

"Everything on the menu is good; what is very popular is the curried goat ravioli, the steak, and we're very well known for the ribs."

A guest chef event at Christopher's, once a month, which sees chefs from around Jamaica planning and executing their own menus, makes way for Restaurant Week this month.

"We welcome Restaurant Week. We are just hoping for more exposure to the offerings of Christopher's, not just to people in Ocho Rios, but the wider Jamaica," Wright said.
