These products were accompanied by pumpkin juice that was made to perfection and had persons constantly wanting more.
It was revealed that the Commercial Food Preparation Department is working in tandem with HEART Trust/NTA where students, upon completion of the programme, receive a Level 2 certificate.
''We are very proud to have these students displaying themselves at the expo. This can only make things better for the future of the country,'' Randy Finikin, a patron, said.
Among the goodies were fish and bammies, grater cake, gizzardas, coconut drops, a variety of puddings served with cane juice, coconut water, lemonade and other beverages.

The exposition is an annual event which is held on the grounds of the Portmore Community College (Old Harbour campus). The food show allows for persons to showcase their talents through arts and other endeavours.
