'Everblazing' this holiday season

It's less than four weeks to go until Christmas and it's time to kick off the first of our holiday-style guide series, starting off with design house Everblazing by designer Milica Pesic.
Pesic, also known as Mima, brought her amazing collection to Jamaica from Italy two years ago and is quickly becoming one of the hottest brands to wear.
Mima designs custom-made pieces, and her collection is definitely for the bold and the beautiful; filled with luxe Italian silks, vibrant colours, and bold prints. This collection has some of the best pieces to keep you looking super chic and on trend throughout the holidays.
The Everblazing boutique/bar/lounge, located at Villa Ronai, is the perfect getaway from the noise of the city to have some cocktails after a long day, and best of all, do some shopping - sip and shop, as we would like to say!
SEXY AND CHIC
Edgy, sexy, and chic perfectly sums up the design house Everblazing by designer Milica Pesic.
The Italian and Serbian beauty started out designing seven years ago and first showcased her collection at Caribbean Fashionweek in 2011. Showcasing herself at Fashionweek 2011 has since opened a lot of doors for her that has ultimately led to her opening Everblazing lounge in Stony Hill.
Mima has worked as a fashion designer for a few well-known brands in Italy and has had her own line, Everblazing, for three years. Mima told Outlook that she loves the experience thus far.
"I loved the experience so much and got a great response on my pieces that I decided to continue by making other collections and opening a boutique of my own in Kingston. My experience here in Jamaica as a European designer has been hard work, but I am enjoying the experience. I love it!"
INSPIRATION
Mima got the inspiration for her lounge and showroom after she visited Cavalli Casa (Roberto Cavalli's boutique and lounge) in Florence. There, she saw that he had a two-in-one boutique where persons could shop and sip at the same time. She confessed to Outlook that she fell in love with the whole idea and knew that one day she wanted to do the same.
"I love to go shopping with my girlfriends in Florence, grab a coffee, and then maybe grab a cocktail after, and it wasn't until I went to Cavalli Casa in Florence that I saw that he had a two-in-one where we could shop and sip at the same time.
"I am planning on getting more marketing out there for 2014, but overall, the experience has been great. My spring/summer 2014 collection is feminine. It has fringe/cut-out/embroidered swimwear, lots of hand-made pieces made with Italian silks that works great for the weather in Jamaica, bold colour blouses, pants, dresses, light trench coats, and a mixture of prints and my Everblazing signature gold chains and gold plates," she said.
She also made mention of the plans that she has for the holiday season. "I am going to be hosting a couple of holiday parties at the lounge over the holidays so stay tuned," she ended.
