It was a spread fit for a king and his court. On January 17 and 18, Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci celebrated their 36th and eighth anniversary, respectively. The gastronomic fare began with Sans Souci on Friday with their Gatsby Glamour theme. The Palazzina restaurant inside and out was chock-full of everything your hearts desire.

Whether it was beef Wellington at the carvery, or stewed Osso Bucco, or grilled lobster, you wanted it, they had it. But the dish that stood out for Food was the lobster mac and cheese. If you love lobster and you love cheese you could ask for nothing more.

On Saturday, the deliciousness continued at Tower Isle. There was a station from every gastronomic nation. From bread station to hot live station, an Asian station to carving station. It was sinfully delicious. Here are all the delicious highlights and the recipe for the delectable Lobster Macaroni and Cheese.
