Delicious seafood from the Sky

Nestled in the rustic
surrounding of the Port Henderson Road corridor in Portmore, St
Catherine is an oasis called Sky Sports Bar and Seafood Restaurant. It's
the seafood lover's go-to place, and this was revealed at their recent
Customer Appreciation Day.
According to proprietor Corette
'Posh' Brown, "We cater for those who want to taste seafood with a
difference and served with lots of love and joy. So far, we have enjoyed
a great relationship with those who have supported us for the two years
that we have been here, so we are just saying 'thanks'."
And it
was a spread the king of the sea would be proud of. There was steamed,
fried and curried fish, curried shrimp, coconut conch, buttered,
curried, garlic and curried lobster. These were served with side orders
such as fried sweet potato, fried bammies, creamed Irish potatoes,
crackers, and an assortment of vegetables.
But in addition to the
consistently delicious meals that they offer, customers also enjoy the
ambience. The restaurant offers a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea,
which adds to the authenticity of a seafood location.
