Healthy eating is now at your fingertips, whether you're a mother on the go or a busy executive, Nestlé's Rush Hour shake is just for you. According to Nestlé's Sales Development Manager Richard Dunbar, the aim is to give consumers a wider variety of options to choose from. He noted that although shakes are not a traditional part of Jamaican breakfast, it's convenient and nutritious.

Sales Manager Stephen Summers describes it as "quick, easy and nutritious breakfast, at an affordable cost".

Just under 300 calories, the Nestlé Rush Hour shake is low in fat and is tailored for anyone constantly on the go in the mornings, taking no more than 15 minutes to prepare.

Dunbar says the concept of the shake developed out of the complaint of never having enough time for breakfast. He says "Nestlé wants to share in the 'breakfast consumption moment' with our consumers and to become the world's leading nutrition company in health and wellness."

The Rush Hour shake is one of many breakfast recipes Nestlé will share in its breakfast campaign launched recently.
