Di Brunswick Jerk Hut in Spanish Town, St Catherine, is keeping the taste buds of patrons excited with a constant supply of scrumptious servings.
Food recently visited the location and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the dishes that were on offer.
"We pride ourselves in not being the largest but certainly the best at whatever food we prepare here, and many satisfied palates have passed through our doors," manager Andy Warner said.
OFFERINGS
There was jerked pork, jerked chicken, fried chicken, stewed peas and fried fish, all served with rice and peas and vegetables, prepared to suit the most discriminating taste buds.
"There is no doubt that the food here is very tasty and those who eat here can attest to the fact that we always use natural herbs and spices with our dishes, which help with the taste," Nadine Hines explains.
Hines, who is formally trained in food preparation, told Food that their chicken, fish and pork are some of the favourites.
