Have you ever felt incomplete? Have you ever felt unhappy, regardless of what you have accomplished? Have you been feeling restless recently and are getting dreams and visions, some of which you don't understand? Some of you are just going to work for a salary, but there is no joy in what you are doing. Some of you just watch the clock. Some of you have had near-death experiences and suffer many things - disappointment, extreme adversities, abuse and even things you don't tell anyone but by yourselves, you cry. Many of you have tried to fit in with the boys or girls but it doesn't work. You are different.

When God creates you with greatness inside you, then you have to be set apart - you are an eagle and an eagle does not sit with chickens. That is why you feel odd and incomplete. Even when you have retired, and there is still a fire burning within you, then it means that there is still more within you and you have not yet fulfilled your purpose!

Each person was created to solve a problem. Many times when we see chaos, economic problems, injustice, crises with our children - those things come about because the one who was created to deal with that problem is not in a proper position. Each time we pray or cry out to God to bring change to an organisation or a nation, the answer always lies within a human vessel. That is why Jesus Christ always focused on building the vessel first. God created the Earth and equipped it with all He created in it before, then He placed mankind in it. Likewise, He created us - the human vessels - and has equipped us with the solutions within us for the problems that we would encounter.

Within each person are embedded instructions to be carried out and when they fail to carry out their assignment, many lives and many things are at stake. Your education is not your purpose and, for many, your job is not your purpose. Some of the clues to your purpose include - the things that make you angry when they happen but bring you great joy when they are addressed or fixed; the things that grieve you.

When you see disorder in the society, how do you feel about it? Do you become extremely angry? It indicates that you are a born leader. Leadership is a gift given by God (Romans 8: 7; Romans 12: 7-8). Likewise, teaching is a God-given gift. Now we see why there are so many problems within the education system. Some of the wrong people are in the classrooms.

YOU DON'T DECIDE YOUR PURPOSE

God is the one who decides your purpose. He is the one who places you in the geographical location He wants you to be in order to fulfill your assignment. When you resist your purpose, painful things occur in your life. That is why we ought to be against abortion, because our purpose is decided before we are conceived. Jeremiah 1 specifically states it. Whether we believe in the existence of God or not does not change that.

There are some people within the nation, whether we like them or not, and regardless of our political affiliation, there is greatness within them and if they fulfill their purpose, great change can come.

Barry 'Barry G' Gordon has the ability to bring revival within the nation among the youth. He is a prophet from his mother's womb.

SSP James Forbes has a pastoral calling. He can bring change to the inner city and within the police force. He should read Matthew 6 and John 3. God must be his only source. If he should fulfill his purpose, great turnaround will take place.

Gordon 'Butch' Stewart has the solution for a business revolution. If he should focus on fulfilling his purpose, things would unveil within him that he never knew were there.

GOLDING'S WORK IS NOT OVER YET

Bruce O. Golding's work is not over yet. There are solutions within him to bring change, politically and economically.

Paula Llewellyn, director of public prosecutions, has gifts in her to mentor, motivate, teach and counsel. She can do great things to help the abused girls.

Fae Ellington, broadcaster, has a gift to bring back order, particularly to the state of women within the nation.

Beverley Anderson-Duncan has great power within her to bring change within the nation.

K. D. Knight has a gift to establish proper governance and human rights.

Peter Phillips, minister of finance, has the gift of administration and pastoral calling.

Justice Martin Gayle has the capacity to reform the justice system as well as for mentoring young lawyers and judges.

Rexton 'Shabba Ranks' Gordon has a gift for community transformation.

Police Commissioner Owen Ellington, his gifts address politics, youth and community. He would be a good youth minister.

Marcia Griffiths has a gift to mentor and counsel and she has the gift of compassion.

Imagine if each person begins to fulfill his or her purpose, what major changes would take place.
