Haiti’s Prime Minister Michele Pierre-Louis said the Government is frustrated that it has not yet received any of the more than US$300 million promised in foreign aid some two months ago.

Haiti is also awaiting a plan on how the money is to be spent.

The commitments were made by 28 countries including the Unites States and Canada at a donor’s conference on April 14.

Prime Minster Pierre-Louis said during that meeting it was agreed that the funds would go towards agriculture, the environment, education or health care.
