Jamaican jockey Thompson maintain lead

Jamaican jockey Winston Thompson reeled off two winners at Suffolk Downs this week to maintain his lead at the northeastern United State racetrack.



Thompson posted narrow victories in races two and four. He opened with a win aboard the bay filly LA SOLDADITA before returning two races later to carry THREE ANGELS to another impressive win.



With his success, Thompson moved to 26 wins for the season, four clear of Orlando Bocachica, with Carlos Quinones in third place on 19 wins.
