Jackson leaves estate to family
Celebrity pop star Michael Jackson has reportedly left his entire estate to a family trust.
Jackson\'s will dated July 7, 2002 has been filed in a Los Angeles court.
No provision has reportedly been made in the will for Jackson’s former wife, Debbie Rowe.
Meanwhile, Jackson\'s mother, Katherine, is named as a beneficiary of the trust and the guardian of the singer\'s three young children, who are also named in the will.
It’s estimated that Jackson\'s estate at that time valued more than $500 million.
The Michael Jackson Family Trust will benefit his three children, his mother and unnamed charities.
Long-time friend and singer Diana Ross is also named as guardian for Jackson\'s children in the event that his mother was unable to fulfil her duties.
Katherine Jackson was granted temporary guardianship of Jackson\'s three children on Monday.
