Dominican official wants better economy

The leader of the Dominica Freedom Party (DFP), Judith Pestaina warned that the island’s domestic economy may not be secure.
She said this has urged her to caution the Government Roosevelt Skerrit that general elections could not be held in the country without electoral reform.
She said while the economy has remained relatively stable in recent years, improvements need to be made.
She said the country needs to better than the 1 per cent growth recorded last year.
