Pakistan to play three tests in New Zealand

Pakistan will play three cricket tests in New Zealand in November and December and will meet New Zealand in four one-day and two Twenty/Twenty internationals in the United Arab Emirates in October.

The matches replace New Zealand\'s scheduled end-of-year tour to Pakistan, which was to include three tests, four one-dayers and two Twenty/Twenty internationals, and which was abandoned over security concerns.

New Zealand Cricket chief executive Justin Vaughan said dates and venues for the New Zealand tests had yet to be finalized, however, an agreement had been reached for the matches to go ahead.

Pakistan will keep any profits from the tests and limited overs matches, including broadcasting revenues, to compensate for the loss of the proceeds from a home series.
