TCL Group Under 19 championships bowls off

The 2009 TCL Group West Indies Under-19 Cricket Championship bowls off tomorrow in Jamaica with three games.



Hosts Jamaica will open against Trinidad and Tobago at Kensington Oval in Kingston



In the other games, defending champion Barbados and Windward Islands will face off at Chedwin Park in St Catherine while Guyana will tackle Leeward Islands at Up Park Camp in Kingston.



Matches will be played over three days.



Jamaica lost to Canada in qualifier



Jamaica are now facing hosts Puerto Rico in their second match of the North, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation Pool I qualifier for the 2010 Women’s World Championship.



The Jamaicans faced a must-win situation after defeat in their opening game to Canada yesterday. Jamaica went down 26-24, 25-17 and 25-10.



Puerto Rico now search for their second victory following a convincing 25-15, 25-7, 25-10 victory over the Bahamas.



Jamaica’s last game is against Bahamas tomorrow.
