Jamaica win at last

Jamaica defeated The Bahamas yesterday in their final Pool I (EYE) game of the North, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation Women’s World Championship qualifying tournament being played in Puerto Rico.
The Jamaicans, who entered the game without a chance of qualifying for the Final Round of Qualifiers to the 2010 World Championships, won yesterday’s game in three sets.
They took the match 25-23, 25-22 and 25-23 to record their first victory from three matches.
