Jamaican golfers to compete in Opitmist Championships

Jamaican golfers Jonathan Newnham and Vittoria Marley are scheduled to compete in the Optimist International Junior Golf Championships at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens.
Newnham will compete from July 25 to July 27 in the boys’ 14 to 15 division, while Marley will compete from July 30 to August 2 in the girls’ 16 to 18 division.
Hundreds of junior golfers ages 10 to 18 will travel from more than 35 states, five Canadian provinces and 30 nations to compete in the tournament.
