The Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) is now investigating a report, which surfaced last night that at least two Jamaican athletes have tested positive for a banned substance.

Dr Herb Elliott, a member of JADCO, told the GLEANER/POWER 106 SPORTS last night that he was trying to make contact with the lab in Montreal, Canada to get information based on the report.

Last night’s report came just a year after Jamaican sprinter Julien Dunkley was pulled from the Beijing Olympic team after testing positive for a banned substance.

Jamaica’s 46-member team is now preparing for the World Athletic Championship in Berlin, Germany from August 15 to 23.
