West Indies captain Floyd Reifer and fast bowler Kemar Roach have been slapped with fines by the International Cricket Council (ICC), following yesterday’s One-Day International defeat to Bangladesh.

They were both fined 10 per cent of their match fees.

Roach was fined for bowling high, full-pitched balls during his spell, while Reifer’s fine came as a result of the West Indies’ slow over-rate.

The other West Indies players were slapped with a five per cent match fee fine for the slow over-rate.

In addition, Reifer was warned for failing to ensure play was conducted within the sprit of the game as well as within the Laws of Cricket.

Bangladesh won the match by three wickets for a winning 2-0 lead in the three-match series.

The series concludes on Friday at St Kitts’ Warner Park.
