Pakistan beat Sri Lanka by 146 runs
Pakistan defeated hosts Sri Lanka by 146 runs in the fourth One Day International at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
Teenager Umar Akmal smashed an unbeaten 102 to lead Pakistan to 321 for five off their allotted 50 overs.
The 19-year-old Akmal, who was scoring his maiden limited-overs century, shared a record 176-run partnership for the fifth wicket with captain Younis Khan who scored 89.
Thilan Thushara took most wickets for Sri Lanka with two for 74.
Sri Lanka set a vicory target of 322, were bowled out for 175 off 36.1 overs against the bowling of Rao Iftikhar Anjum five for 30, Shahid Afridi two for 40 and Saeed Ajmal two for 24.
Opener Upul Tharanga top scored for Sri Lanka with 80 while Kumar Sangakkara scored 30.
Sri Lanka lead the five-match series 3-1.
