Jamaica’s national senior football squad staged its first training session at the Giants Stadium in New Jersey last night, the venue where they will face Ecuador in a friendly international tomorrow.

Coach Theodore Whitmore is expected to use the session to finalize his starting team.

He was forced to make changes to what would have been his starting team with the late withdrawal of defensive stalwart Tyrone Marshall due to injury. Midfielder Rodolph Austin will also be unavailable.

Dicoy Williams of Harbour View replaced Marshall and Richard Edwards, also of Harbour View, could replace Austin, who aggravated an ankle injury.
