Jamaica beat Singapore in Netball

Jamaica easily defeated Singapore 75-24 in their Pool ‘D’ game last night to record their second straight victory in the 2009 World Youth Netball Championship in the Cook Islands.



The Jamaicans will next play Malawi this evening.



In another Pool ‘D’ game, Malawi beat Papua New Guinea 85-20.



Over in Pool ‘A’, New Zealand beat Trinidad and Tobago 89-31 and Northern Ireland beat Scotland 53-40.



Over in Pool ‘B’, England defeated Wales 57-32 and Malaysia beat Vanuatu 74-36.



While over in Pool ‘C’, Australia brushed aside Samoa 89-38, while Fiji beat Botswana 43-31.
