Jamaica depart today for St Kitts friendly
Jamaica’s local-based Reggae Boyz are scheduled to depart the country at 2 p.m. for the Eastern Caribbean to play hosts St Kitts and Nevis in a friendly international.
The game will take place on Sunday evening at the Warner Park Football Stadium, beginning at 7 o’clock.
The 18-man squad includes three newcomers. They are Seba United midfielder DeShaun Wollery, 26, Boys’ Town forward Peter Keys, 22 and Sporting Central defender, Linval Lewis, also 22.
The squad sees the return of Reno midfielder Evan Taylor, Sporting Central’s Je-Vaughn Watson and Portmore United’s Ricardo Cousins.
St George’s defender Jermaine Taylor has been retained to lead the defensive line.
The game will be the second for Jamaica in four days following a goalless draw against South American team Ecuador at the Giants Stadium in New Jersey, USA on Wednesday.
