Mixed results for Jamaica at Cadet Championships

Jamaica had mixed results on yesterday’s opening day of the Caribbean Region Table Tennis Federation Championships in Barbados.
The Jamaicans recorded three victories in eight games.
The Under-13 boys blanked St Kitts 3-0 but were beaten by the same score line by Trinidad and Tobago.
The Under-13 girls lost both games. They were beaten 3-1 by Guyana and Barbados.
In the Under 10 category, the boys edged Barbados 3-2 before crashing 3-0 to defending champions Puerto Rico.
The girls’ team scored a 3-2 victory over Trinidad and Tobago but lost 3-0 to defending champions Puerto Rico.
