Sri Lanka take control over New Zealand

Muttiah Muralitharan and Thilan Thushara shared six wickets as hosts Sri Lanka seized control of the first cricket test against New Zealand, reducing the visitors\' first innings to 281 for eight at stumps on day three.
The match is being played at Galle International Stadium
The Black Caps, who resumed this morning on 87 for two, are now 171 runs behind Sri Lanka’s first innings total of 452.
Tim McIntosh has so far top scored for New Zealand with 69, while Jesse Ryder scored 42 and Ross Taylor 35.
