Jamaica’s Olympic and World sprint champion Usain Bolt has arrived in the Swiss capital for Friday’s International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Weltklasse Zurich Golden Meet.
Bolt will be running in the 100 metres, where his main competition should come from fellow Jamaican Asafa Powell, the former world record holder.
The Weltklasse Zurich meet is part of the IAAF Golden series that carries a US$1 million bonus for athletes winning all their series of events.
Jamaican Kerron Stewart is one of four athletes still on course for the million-dollar bonus.
Olympic and world 100-metre champion Shelly-Ann Fraser of Jamaica is also listed to compete at the meet.
