In the Boys’ Under-13 final, Sean Wilson defeated the American Albert Li 21-16, 21-14 for the title.

Shane Wilson was also emphatic in his gold medal success in the Under-11 division by defeating Brazilian Donnians Lucas de Oliveira 21-7, 21-16.

Gareth Henry missed out on a third gold for Jamaica when he lost the Boys’ Under-19 final to Brazilian Thomas Moretti in straight sets.

Jamaica’s two bronze medals came from Anthony McNee and Shana-Kay Bailey in the Under-17 mixed doubles and Sean Wilson and Erin Bailey in the Under-13 boys’ doubles.
