A judge in the United States has cut the fee request of attorneys in the Allen Stanford case.

The lawyers will now get paid at least $20 million for three months of work.

That\'s about $7 million less than what Court-appointed receiver Ralph Janvey had requested for his law firm and the team of attorneys and consultants he hired.

Mr. Stanford and others are accused of selling fraudulent certificates of deposit issued by his offshore bank and bribing regulators and accountants in Antigua to ignore the alleged wrongdoing.
