Venezuela, China sign oil deal

Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez has announced a $16 billion investment deal with China for oil exploration in the Orinoco River.
Venezuela has already signed a similar agreement with Russia.
Mr Chavez said the two deals would increase Venezuelan oil output by about 900 thousand barrels a day.
