Beauty pageant budget cut in Venezuela

Organisers of the Miss Venezuela pageant have been forced to eliminate ten contestants this year to cut costs amid the economic crisis.
Producer for the pageant Joaquin Riviera said there will be 20 contestants for the Miss Venezuela title instead of 30 because of high production costs.
The legendary beauty contest has produced six Miss Universe winners, including the current one Stefania Fernandez.
Its also the most watched television event in Caracas.
