S/Africa against West Indies in warm-up match

West Indies, chasing a victory target of 389 against hosts South Africa in their unofficial warm-up match ahead of the Champions Trophy were 33 without loss after six overs.



The batsmen at the crease are Dale Richards on 18 and Andre Fletcher on 11.



Earlier, South Africa electing to bat piled up 388 for four from their allotted 50 overs at Senwes Park today.



Four South African batsmen scored half centuries. Jacques Kallis led the way with 86, followed by Graeme Smith with 83, JP Duminy 80 not out and Mark Boucher 55.



Jamaican Dave Bernard Junior had best figures for the West Indies with two for 71, while Tino Best ended with two for 88.



The Champions Trophy runs from September 22 to October 5.
