An Afghan-born man charged with plotting to carry out bomb attacks on the US has pleaded not guilty in a New York court.
Prosecutors accuse Colorado resident 24 year old Najibullah Zazi, of buying large quantities of bomb-making chemicals.
They say he had training in explosives in Pakistan and may have been planning an attack on New York commuters.
Mr Zazi, an airport van driver, has denied any wrongdoing.
Both he and his father, 53 year old Mohammed were arrested in Denver on September 20.
A third man, 37 year old Ahmad Wais Afzali, also from Afghanistan, was later detained in New York.
