Fear mounts as teen girl dies after receiving HPV vaccine

The death of a 14 year old girl in England after she received a vaccination for the Human Papilloma virus (HPV) has prompted a widespread freeze on the country\'s national vaccination program.
It’s reported that the teen, Natalie Morton, was injected with the Cervarix vaccine at her school.
It’s further reported that she died within hours after receiving the vaccine.
Officials say it’s unclear if the vaccine caused Morton\'s death.
Following her death several clinics and schools indefinitely postponed HPV immunizations.
Glaxo Smith Kline, the manufacturer of Cervarix, has since recalled the batch of vaccine used in the area where the teen was given the drug.
