The Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) rebounded from defeat last week by beating Tivoli Wizards 70-57 in the Flow-sponsored Southern Conference National Basketball League last night at the Stadium Court.
Raymond Francis scored a game-high 22 points and nine rebounds to lead the JDF. He was supported by Denroy Barnaby with 13 points and 14 rebounds and Feurtado Clarke with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
Anthony Farquharson scored most goals for Tivoli Wizards with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
In the other game at the venue, Majesty Legends scored a 67-53 victory over Portmore Flames.
The competition continues tomorrow with Port Royal Bulls playing Runnin’ Rebels and defending champions Urban Knights against Arnett Gardens Rockers.
