Haiti’s Tourism Minister Patrick Delatour says the government has signed an agreement with Venezuela for an international airport in the Haitian city of Cap-Haitien, the country\'s second largest city.

The airport is part of a plan to revive the country\'s tourism product.

An ultra-modern ocean liner and a 19th century mountaintop fortress built by a slave rebellion leader are also among key aspects of the plan.

Royal Caribbean Cruises\' new Oasis of the Seas will make weekly stops in northern Haiti starting December.
