Mambo lands feature event

MAMBO with champion jockey Omar Walker won the Monica Todd Memorial Cup, the feature event, at Caymanas Park earlier this afternoon.



Owned by the X Factor and trained by Fitzgerald Richards, MAMBO won the two thousand-metre event by three lengths from MOON DANCER ridden by Paul Francis.



Another one-and-three-quarter lengths behind in third was FRANKIE MOREFIRE. The well-backed NAVA JO JOE, with claiming rider Jevvanne Erwin aboard, did not finish the event.
