ICC president says Champions Trophy a huge success

International Cricket Council, ICC, President David Morgan has branded the just concluded Champions Trophy in South Africa a huge success.
Morgan says the tournament had been appreciated by the players, spectators and other observers.
He says he was delighted with the quality of the tournament and the level of cricket that was played throughout the competition.
Australia played unbeaten in the tournament and beat New Zealand in the final at SuperSport Park, Centurion, on Monday to become the first ever repeat champions in the tournament history.
The ICC president expressed appreciation for the host nation’s efficiency in staging the two-week event.
