Port Royal Bulls snatch second victory
Last season’s beaten finalist Port Royal Bulls secured a 58-46 victory over Portmore Flames in the Flow-sponsored Southern Conference National Basketball League at the Stadium Courts last night.
The victory represents the second for the struggling Port Royal Bulls, who have lost four games.
Dovian Wade and Paul Oliphant scored 15 points each to led Port Royal Bulls to victory. The duo had secured six rebounds each.
Kenardo Smith scored a game-high 18 points and 16 rebounds for Portmore Flames.
In the night’s other game, Blazing Panthers recorded 76-65 victory over Arnett Gardens Rockers.
In the Eastern Conference, Yallahs Gators defeated Buff Bay Archers 50-42.
Over in the Western Conference, Jaguars turned back Hawks 77-63, while in the Central Conference, Naine More Ups defeated Spaulding Hippers 51-47.
