Trinidad and Tobago’s opponents for the semi-finals of the Twenty/Twenty Champions League in South Africa will be Cape Cobras.
The teams will face off on Thursday in the second semifinal.
Cape Cobras earned the right to face T&T although the team suffered a 30-run loss to Delhi Daredevils at Feroz Shah Kotla yesterday.
However, Cape Cobras still finished second League ‘B’.
Choosing to field after winning the toss, Cape Cobras limited Delhi to 114 for six but then capitulated spectacularly to be bundled out for 84 with nine balls to spare in the final Super Eight match.
T&T booked their place in the semi-finals on Sunday following a 24-run victory over South Africa’s Diamond Eagles.
