Dissident freed

Cuban rebels say the government in Havana has released one of 200 political prisoners following a visit by Spain\'s foreign minister.
According to the dissidents, Nelson Aguiar was freed this morning and is back with his family in Havana.
He had been sentenced to 13 years in prison in a 2003 government crackdown on opponents.
Meanwhile Spain\'s foreign minister Miguel Angel Moratino said President Raul Castro has affirmed his commitment to economic reform.
Mr Moratino who met with the Cuban leader, said President Castro also expressed his desire to continue improving relations with the United States.
