Opening batsman Chris Gayle will lead the 14-member squad, which includes 11 players with West Indies senior team experience.

Before competing in the President’s Cup, the Jamaicans will take part in the four-team Guyana Cricket Board’s Invitational Twenty/Twenty tournament this weekend. The remaining teams are Guyana, Barbados and the United States.

The President’s Cup bowls off on October 28 with Jamaica facing reigning champions Trinidad and Tobago.

Jamaica and T&T are in Zone ‘A’ with Combined Campuses and Colleges. Zone ‘B’ comprises Guyana, Barbados, Leeward Islands and West Indies Under-19s.
