Schoolboy football Round Up

The ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Walker Cup knockout competition will kick off tomorrow afternoon with a double-header at Constant Spring football field.



The first match features Bridgeport High School against Eltham High at 1 o’clock; while Jamaica College and St Andrew Technical High School face off at 3 o’clock.



The winners will advance to the semi-finals.



Meanwhile, in the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Ben Francis Knockout, four-time champions Rusea’s High booked themselves a date with reigning champions St James High in Saturday’s quarterfinal, following a 1-0 victory over Marcus Garvey Technical yesterday.



In the other matches yesterday, Manchester High blanked Manning’s High 2-0; Lennon defeated Spalding High 3-0 and Paul Bogle upset the previously unbeaten Annotto Bay High 2-0.



The game was played at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay.
