Sri Lanka name squad for tour of India

Sri Lanka called up Thilina Kandamby to their test squad and the uncapped Chinthaka Jayasinghe and Muthumudalige Pushpakumara to the 20/20 squad for the tour of India next month.
Kandamby, a left-handed batsman, has recently performed well in limited-overs matches, while Pushpakumara and Jayasinghe are experienced domestic cricketers.
Pushpakumara has scored 241 runs in 18 domestic 20/20 matches at a strike rate of 106. Pushpakumara\'s offspin bowling has captured 26 wickets.
He returns to the national squad after having failed to play a single game on a 2000 tour to South Africa.
Jayasinghe, a 31-year-old batsman, has a strike rate of 135 in a 22-match domestic 20/20 career.
The tour starts with a three-day practice against an Indian all-star Eleven on November 11, followed by three tests, five One Day Internationals and two 20/20 games.
