Xavier Brown awards scholarship

Former National Junior Golf representative, Xavier Brown is the recipient of the 2009 Jamaica Golf Association/University of the West Indies Development Foundation scholarship.
Brown, a first year student in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of West Indies, Mona currently plays off a handicap of four.
The award provides financial assistance towards the cost of Tuition Fees, Books, Living Expenses and Maintenance with annual renewable subject to satisfactory performances in both his academics and golf development.
