Munro end St James reign

A new champion will be crowned in the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Ben Francis Knockout, as Munro College ended the reign of St James High with a 3-2 semi-final victory yesterday at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay.



Munro will meet five time champions Glenmuir in Saturday’s final at St Elizabeth Technical High School.



Glenmuir advanced following a 1-0 victory against first timers Paul Bogle High at JAMALCO.



Meanwhile, Jamaica College and St Georges College will contest the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Walker Cup knockout.



Jamaica College booked their place after a 3-2 victory over Bridgeport High, in the first game of the semi-final double header at Constant Spring Field.



St Georges College defeated Norman Manley 3-1 in the second game.
