ADL, CTL team up for Super Day

Amalgamated Distributors Limited and Caymanas Track Limited have teamed up to stage the ‘Super Thoroughbred Weekends’, featuring back to back race meets on Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14.
The big weekend will end on Sunday, November 15 with the annual Thoroughbred Yearling Sales.
The big day will be Saturday, November 14, which features the 31st running of the Superstakes, a Grade One Invitational race, for native bred 3-year-olds and up over 2000 metres.
The Superstakes, which will be sponsored by Amalgamated Distributors, has attracted a record purse of JA$6 million.
Other big events on the day are the JA$2.7 million Tetley Caribbean Sprint Championships over 1200 metres, the JA$2.1 million ‘Bop’ Imported Mile, and the JA$1.5 million Caribbean Dream 2-year-old Juvenile Sprint over 1300 metres.
