Typhoon kills 14 in Philippines

At least 14 people are dead and four missing in the Philippines, a day after Typhoon Mirinae lashed that country.
The Philippines News Agency reports that the hardest hit areas are the Southern Luzon and Bicol regions.
Civil Defense administrator, Glenn Rabonza, says more than 13,000 people were affected by the storm.
Reports are that the typhoon dumped a low of just under three inches of rain to some areas, with towns and cities seeing as much as six inches of rainfall.
