St Georges, Harbour View going after final spot

The final set of games in the first round of the Digicel Premier League will take place this afternoon with St Georges Sports Club and Harbour View looking to join defending champions Tivoli Gardens in the end of round final.



Portland-based St Georges will host Village United at Lynch Park at 3:00 p.m., while Harbour View will travel to Anthony Spaulding Complex to play Arnett Gardens in a 6:00 p.m. game.



St Georges, who are in second place on 21 points, will qualify with a victory. They hold a 2 point lead over Harbour View.



Also at 6:00 this afternoon, Rivoli United and Sporting Central Academy will face off at Spanish Town Prison Oval.



Over at Collie Smith Drive, hosts Boys Town, who are in fourth place, will tackle seventh place Waterhouse, while August Town will host Humble Lions at UWI Bowl in a bottom of the table clash. Those games are scheduled to start at 3:00.



In the day’s other game, sixth place Portmore United will be at home to face off with Tivoli Gardens at Ferdie Neita Park at 5:00 p.m.
