Chairman of Appeals Tribunal is dead

Chairman of the Jamaica Anti-Doping Appeals Tribunal, Justice Ransford Langrin died yesterday.
Justice Langrin, a retired judge of the Court of Appeal, was appointed by Sports Minister Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange to head the Appeals Tribunal in August.
Minister Grange yesterday expressed regret at the death of Justice Langrin.
Minister Grange said Justice Langrin performed his duties as chairman of the Appeals Tribunal with the greatest integrity.
