ATP will not reopen doping case against Agassi

Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) chairman Adam Helfant said it will not reopen a doping case against Andre Agassi after the retired American admitted to lying about using crystal meth in 1997.

Agassi revealed in his recent autobiography that he failed a 1997 drug test, a result he said was thrown out after he lied by claiming he \"unwittingly\" took crystal meth.

Helfant said the ATP cannot reopen the case since Agassi no longer plays on the tour.
