Michael Johnson tells Bolt to take it easy

Track & field legend Michael Johnson says Usain Bolt should take 2010 very relaxed.



Johnson was quoted as saying that it might be time for Bolt to slow down.



According to Johnson physically, there is no doubt he can continue to compete, and there is no telling how fast he might go one day.



However, mentally, it is a different story.



He believes the most difficult thing for a young, accomplished athlete to do is to figure out how to stay motivated.
